My Life On Mars

I’m officially a Martian. And no, I didn’t have my DNA tested.

Last week was the beginning of my first ‘real job’ in a long long while. I was hired by the MaRS Centre in Toronto to take on the exciting role of “Online Content Producer”. So from time to time now rozbloggers, you’ll see posts filed under the category “My Life On MaRS”. This is basically just a spot for me to dump the funny and enlightening tidbits encountered as I re-enter the world of the full-time working.

One of my first orders of business was to attend the annual Golf Day, yesterday - at Richmond Hill Golf Course. Had a great time, and took home the “Best Dressed” award, apparently for being the only person who doesn’t know what contemporary golf attire is supposed to look like. LOL! For the record Kevin - I still think that award belonged to you. :)

Check out a few pictures from the big day on my Flickr page - and next time you’re near College and University drop by and say hello! I’ll buy you a coffee.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say the building (MaRS Centre) didn’t hire you, but MaRS (or MaRS Discovery District) did. Unless those biogelpacks have already been installed with the nanoprobes already working on their AI… OK, enough nerd talk.

Exciting to have another blogger on board! WELCOME ROZ!
